The WTG youth program is becoming more popular with every production!  Kids and parents alike are having great fun producing these shows and we want to involve a record number of kids this spring as we present this fun, high energy musical.  There are opportunities for those who want a lead role, a supporting role or just a spot in the ensemble.  Everyone is welcome!

Playing with a variety of ever-changing story genres and musical styles, this fast-paced, musical extravaganza has something for everyone!  Your audience becomes the live studio audience on a talk show, Real Talk with Fairytale Legends, where the seven  dwarves tell the story of Snow White as the Fairytale Players bring it to life.  As each new dwarf takes a turn telling or singing different parts of Snow White’s famous story in his or her own unique voice, the players’ re-enactment shifts to match the style and personality of that particular dwarf.  At any given moment, the story can be anything — romance, home improvement show, suspense, epic poetry, cooking show, stand-up routine, or blockbuster action movie!  There’s even a “Miss Fairest of Them All” beauty pageant!  Of course, as the genres change to suit the story, so do the musical styles for an evening of great fun and entertainment!

There is a registration fee of $42 and most rehearsals will be scheduled on Sundays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Mondays from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.  If you know any kids who enjoy singing, acting and having a great time, please spread the word about this fabulous opportunity to bring a musical production to life onstage at the Burton Leavitt Theatre.

All participants should plan to attend the first rehearsal on 2/10. Detailed information regarding the production will be provided and an informal audition process will be conducted for those interested in individual roles.
